We weren’t brought in to just design banners. We were part of the team responsible for setting up a clean, functional Shopify store that automotive dads could actually trust.
Specifically, we worked on site layout, navigation, and product categorization so users could quickly find what they needed. We also provided input on UX tweaks — from search to checkout — that built confidence in the buying process.
It gave us hands-on lessons in how trust and clarity convert even in technical markets. We now use those same principles when building for niche and enthusiast communities.
