Specifically, we worked on site layout, booking flow clarity, and integrating visuals that made destinations feel real. We also gave input on trust triggers — reviews, certifications, and secure booking signals.
It gave us understanding of how travel businesses succeed: by making exploration feel emotional while keeping the booking process clear. That emotional-plus-functional mix is something we now replicate in similar industries.
